Newcomer Ke$ha's debut album has been circulating the web for a couple days now. While many are patiently waiting for a Retail rip it still has yet to leak. Ke$ha currently holds the #1 spot on the Billboard Hot 100 with her first single "Tik Tok." As for the album she is out to prove she is much more then just a one hit wonder. Her first effort provides us with many fun uptempo pop tracks with insanely catchy hooks. I think she knows she can be quite ridiculous at times and makes it much easier to listen to her lyrics and just have fun listening to the album. Having writing credits on every song is also good to see. It's a young, fun, and upbeat album filled with radio ready tracks. It will be interseting to see where she goes from here. Over 62K voted for favorite female of 2009, and Swift beat out the second-place Jennifer Aniston, with 34 percent of the vote to Aniston's 24 percent. Beyonce came in third with 13 percent. - Pop Eater

High School Musical star Zac Efron has revealed he bought a house so he could skateboard indoors. The actor bought his first property earlier this year and admits he had it designed specifically so he can indulge in his favourite pastime without going out in public, reports contactmusic.com.

Recently a composite bank note photo that greets the customers at a certain bank in Korea has been the topic amongst netizens. Reason being that on the bank note, there is 2PM member Nich Khun’s face superimposed onto it.
A netizens has posted the photo on an internet bulletic board, and it shows Nich Khun’s face superimposed onto 50K KRW note, replacing the original Shin SaImDang’s face. And netizens are calling the note ‘Khun SaImDang’.
Also written on the bank note are the words DooShi Bank, 2PM, DaeHyungGyeon. With that, netizens’ responses were ‘Don’t look alike!’, ‘Don’t look like Khun’, ‘I see Khun!’, ‘The bank has great sense!’ etc.

The revelation of So Nyeo Shi Dae’s diet which is no more than 800kcal a day, and not even half of the amount that an adult should take, has become the topic amongst netizens.

The 2 of them have completed the recording to the song in recording studio in Seoul on 8th December. According to a staff on 16th December, “They were thinking of doing something good for the year end, and came up with the idea of doing the song and donating all proceeds from the song.”

Demi Lovato & Corbin Bleu to design for Starlight
Demi Lovato and Corbin Bleu are still using their star power for good. The duo are teaming up with Forever 21 to design t-shirts that will benefit the Starlight Children’s Foundation, for which Corbin is the national spokesperson.
The celebrity designers - Corbin, Demi, Paris, Nicky and Kathy Hilton, Colbie Caillat, and Audrina Patridge - were given art materials, which included paints, markers, and sketch pads, to create a unique painting on canvas using the themes of “star” and “light.”
World Star Rain personally drew out his ideal type of woman.
Previously on 6th December, Rain had his fanmeeting in Japan. And a photo at the fanmeeting reveals his drawing of his ideal type of woman. In the picture he drew is a woman with huge eyes, without much hair, and with a mouth small like a button.

Photos of a 9-member chinese girlgroup 爱朵女孩 (‘Idol Girls’) circulating on the internet has been the topic amongst netizens.
They were seen in similar concepts with Korea’s So Nyeo Shi Dae, and while they were rather successful, they have also earned some negative comments from the netizens where they were called the ‘fake’ So Nyeo Shi Dae.
According to Chinese portal sites, the average age of Idol Girls is 18 years old, they are also known to do acting, modelling and MCing outside singing.
Also, photos of other groups said to be ‘cover’ versions of Korea’s WonderGirls and So Nyeo Shi Dae were also the topic amongst netizens. The photos of other groups in similar pose and costumes as Korea’s girlgroups were being circulated online.
One of them is group ‘严当当 (Yen Dang Dang)’ who was said to have plagarised So Nyeo Shi Dae’s ‘Gee’ choreography as reported by the news in August.
Korea’s netizens’ comment were “Since it is the exact same, you don’t call it plagiarism but parody”, “I like it when the Chinese follow us”, “We are being followed because we are popular” etc.

Probably well-known for her cute and quirky role as Geum Jandi in the hit Boys Over Flowers drama, Goo Hye Sun is also well-known for her beauty as her CF Endorsement deal is extended . Not just that, she did all from acting, movie directing, painting, novel-writing until releasing an album.

It is being reported (strategically leaked?) that Han Ye-seul, who is currently acting in the new SBS melodrama series Will It Snow For Christmas?, recently took a secret meeting with Mark Morgan, CEO of Imprint Entertainment, the production company behind Twilight and New Moon. Naturally, this has given rise to speculation that Han Ye-seul’s Hollywood debut may come in the third film of the Twilight saga, Eclipse.
News of the meeting was confirmed by a source related to the “Phone Hollywood remake project,” which is also under Imprint’s purview. Han quietly met with Morgan and film producer Michael Becker on December 5 at an undisclosed location in Seoul. (They were in the country to announce the Phone remake at a press conference on the 3rd.)
I’d take the possibility of a Twilight appearance with a huge grain of salt — I think it’s more likely she’d be cast for Phone — but apparently it’s not out of the question. The source avoided the direct question of Han’s casting potential for Eclipse, but when Chosun Ilbo’s reporter asked whether one could “take an optimistic outlook” about it, the answer was “Yes.” Meanwhile, Phone’s director had said at the recent press conference that he’d like to cast a Korean actress. The horror remake will use a Korean crew and director, but plans to cast American actors.
In general, this isn’t surprising news, since Han has been keeping an eye out for Hollywood opportunities since last year. I think her acting ranges from merely passable (Tazza) to bright and cute (Fantasy Couple, Miss Gold Digger), and on the whole it’s much improved from her early days. Furthermore, she’s one of few Korean actresses whose English is fluent without an accent and she grew up in California, so unlike some other stars attempting the crossover, language isn’t an issue. Language fluency also opens the door for her to take on roles outside the role of the stereotypical Asian Other — e.g., the ubiquitous assassin or martial artist a la Jeon Ji-hyun, Lee Byung-heon, or Rain.

As for the album it stays true to what you would hear from Keys, but some new elements are brought to the effort. For this album decided to experiment with his sound some more and features production from producers aside from Thicke himself. With that in mind, you can quickly hear the difference in his already established R&B sound. He's having a lot more fun on this effort and the great features provide the album with a bit of variety. FT Island will give their fans a New Year gift as the boys will pay a visit to their fans via their ASIA Tour. In 2 months period of January until February the boys will start touring in Asia. They will start from Japan, Thailand,Taiwan, Hong Kong, Philippines and Singapore.
Much anticipation it is since a report came and stated that FT Island concert tickets in Taiwan (with 3000 seats) are sold out!
According to FT Island company F & C Music, "One of the reason of the good respond (sold out ticket) is also be affected by Lee Hong Ki’s recent drama “You’re Beautiful”. And this is such a good start for FT Island’s ASIA Tour!".
FT Island will hold a show in Tokyo on December 23rd. And, for their next year Asia Tour, they will start their tour by performing again in Tokyo-Japan on January 20, 2010, then continues to Bangkok-Thailand on February 6, whilst on February 27 they will do their Taiwan’s Concert. As for Hong Kong and Philippines (held in Manila) schedule is said to be held on February as well.

It has been known late that 6-member international idol group A’ST1 has disbanded.
The group’s agency DSP Media said in a phone interview on the 6th, “A’ST1 has recently disbanded. The members are now going their own ways.”
The staff interviewed has avoided questions on reasons for the group’s disbandment. Earlier, the group leader Park JungJin wrote on A’ST1’s official fanclub Eunice official site the news of the group’s disbandment on 27th November.
He revealed, “I find it hard to believe too. We are sorry”, “Currently the members are all doing well”, “And each members are working hard at where they are now”, “Thank you everyone all this while, you were our strength and we love you”.
The group, consisting of members Park JungJin, Seong InGyu, Im HanByul, Byun JangMoon and Chinese member Haiming and Japanese member Tomo, debuted back in 2008 with the song ‘1234BACK’.
Their last activity was in April where they released ‘Dynamite’.
SS501’s leader Kim Hyun Joong, commonly know for his 4D (fourth dimensional) personality revealed that he had a confrontation with a ghost very casually.
Kim Hyun Joong revealed in the filming for ‘Strong Heart’ that he had a confrontation with a ghost suprising many of the guests present there. He explained that in the house he lived in, there always was one ghost that visited his house. He also added, “I told it to leave, but it didn’t and we eventually lived together,” shocking many of the guests and the two MCs.
He also added a story about his awkward and random high school story with honesty making the 4D image stick with him longer. These stories could be seen through the ‘Strong Heart’ this week.

First single "Sexy Therapy" is exactly what fans have expected from Thicke. For this album decided to experiment with his sound some more and features production from producers aside from Thicke himself. With that in mind, you can quickly hear the difference in his already established R&B sound. He's having a lot more fun on this effort and the great features provide the album with a bit of variety. It for sure stays true to it's title.
